Totes Isotoner declares acquisition of ESNY

Totes Isotoner informed that it has acquired ESNY, which is the casual footwear unit of E S Originals Inc, a New York company. Totes said ESNY's product line comprises of flip flops and canvas footwear for ladies and kids, but it has not revealed the buying price.
Michael Katz, Senior Vice President, US Wholesale Division of Totes, stated that the acquisition is a fine strategy for the company and its clients as it allows expansion of product range with spring business supporting fourth quarter sales.
Totes Isotoner is a company having over 1,000 staff and branches in New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Manila, which markets weather items like umbrellas, gloves and slippers.
Company informed that its New York sales office will be merged with ESNY, and both will be shifted to one place next year. It assured that the acquisition will not disturb its Cincinnati projects, adding that US staff of ESNY specialize in design, marketing and planning.
