SGF acquires Chain Reaction fashion store

The blue blooded Liberman family sold its women's fashion business, to retailer Specialty Fashion Group (SFG) for about $4 million.
Liberman family's women fashion business, the Chain Reaction was stretched across six states with 42 stores. After several weeks of discussion, the deal was finalized.
SGF acquired Chain Reaction's 42 stores trading as Chain Reaction, Big Advantage, Big City Chic and Girl Mania.
This acquisition increased SFG stores to 750, which was mere 70 a decade ago.
