Lojas Renner to release earnings 2006 on 14 Feb

Lojas Renner S.A. announces that its financial statements regarding the fourth quarter and the year of 2006 results will be released on February 14th, after the closing of Bovespa's trading session.
The conference calls will be held on February 15th, at 8:00 am and 11:00 am (US ET) in Portuguese and in English, respectively.
On February 14th, the Company will also disclose the Call Notice to the General Shareholder's Meeting and the Manual on the Participation, regarding the instruction and procedures to participate on the General Shareholders' Meeting that will be held on April 2nd, 2007.
The Call Notice will be published in the newspapers as from February 15th.
