Oakley to webcast conference call to discuss 2006 results & 2007 guidance

Oakley Inc said it expects to announce on Thursday, February 8, its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2006 and give its 2007 full year guidance.

The company plans to issue a news release that day at approximately 1:00 p.m. PST, immediately following the close of regular stock market trading hours. Following the news release, Oakley management will host a conference call beginning at 1:30 p.m. PST to review the results.

The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio broadcast at Oakley's investor relations Web site. A telephone replay of the conference will be available beginning approximately two hours following the call through midnight, February 15, 2007 and can be accessed in the United States/Canada at 888-266-2081 or internationally at 703-925-2533; pass code: 1030696.
