Samsonite aims to become lifestyle luxury brand

Samsonite is on a roll! The travel accessory giant has taken up huge projects, recently.

Samsonite (Thailand) Co has collaborated with fashion designers like Alexander McQueen and Mark Newson to launch a brand new line, Black Label, for the high-end market.

This range offers suitcases with advanced technology in vibrant colors of yellow, orange and jet-black.

Another venture that the US subsidiary has entered into is with the Central Marketing Group to introduce footwear collection at its selected exclusive stores in Phuket.

This line will include casual and stylish mens and womens shoes for upper range market.

The company also has plans to launch fashion clothing and eyeglass lines in the local market.

Samsonite is expected to invest around 100 million baht to open eight Classic Stores at Central shopping hubs within next three years. The store concept is based on amazing cities like New York and London.
