Aarvee Denim to amend business structure

Aarvee Exports Ltd (ADEL) has decided to remodel its business structure from 100 percent denim dependent income to revenue from RMG, denim fabric and gabardine products. This part of Company's plans to venture into retail.
Experts say that this is definitely a smart move by Aarvee, as denim domestic as well as international trade is currently stressed and is likely to remain so for quite some time.
Aarvee Denims is also planning to set-up in-house garment production units to supply directly to retailers. It is focusing on retailing of clothing as demand is flourishing at domestic and global level.
Aarvee is an Ahmedabad based Rs500 crore denim manufacturer acclaimed for its success in international markets.
