Henri Lloyd annouced as Technical Clothing Sponsor to Basilica

After a winter of vigorous training and preparation the Extreme 40 Racing Team 'Basilica' are in a confident mood to go head to head with some of the best catamaran sailors in the world.
The crew are currently getting themselves acquainted with conditions in Starnberg, Germany, for the first round of the iShares cup series, which commences on 25th April.
This first event gives the team the opportunity to confirm support for the second year of extreme 40 racing from their partners. Basilica have worked relentlessly over the winter with their partners to ensure they have the best possible chance of success in this exciting new series, where they face some new competition to that experienced in last years Volvo Extreme 40 Grand Prix Circuit.
Being equipped with nothing but the best is a critical part of the plan and the team feel this is a box well and truly ticked by partnering with Holt, Fat Face and Henri Lloyd.
Henri Lloyd will continue to supply their best in class technical wear to ensure the crew are best equipped to perform during the iShares cup series.
Once again Team Basilica will enter the extreme 40 iShares cup under the burgee of Hayling Island Sailing Club who last year provided huge support and following of the teams progress, this culminated in over 200 hundred HISC members being treated to a thrilling ride on Basilica during Chichester Harbour Federation week, an event that the team hope to repeat this year.
