Shrenuj & Company declares dividend @ 40% per share

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has informed that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 40% i.e. Re 80 (Paise Eighty only) per share on Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Appointment of Dr. Badrinarayan R Barwale & Dr. Surendra A Dave, as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Rajendra & Co, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company for the financial year commencing on April 01, 2007 to hold office as such from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Authority to the Board to borrow any sum or sums of money from time to time at their discretion, for the purpose of the business of the Company, from any one or more Banks, Financial Institutions, and other persons, firms, bodies corporate, notwithstanding that the monies to be borrowed together with the monies already borrowed by the Company may, at any time, upto a sum of Rs 1000 Crores over and above the aggregate of the then paid up capital of the Company and its free reserves and that the Board of Directors be and it is hereby empowered and authorised to arrange or fix the terms and conditions of all such monies to be borrowed from time to time as to interest, repayment, security or otherwise as it may, in their absolute discretion, think fit, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
