Lindex same store sales soar in Oct

During October 2007, the Lindex Group's same store sales, excluding the currency effect, increased by 8.5 per cent compared with same period previous year.
During the period 1 September to 31 October 2007, the Lindex Group's same store sales, excluding the currency effect, increased by 9.9 per cent compared with same period previous year.
To make the shareholders' decision concerning Stockmann Oyj Apb's public offer of 116 SEK per share easier, Lindex announces its sales figures for October 2007.
This announcement does not mean that Lindex will continue to declare sales in this way.
