Marchpole appoints John Macaulay as Finance Director

Marchpole Holdings plc, the fashion brand management group, is pleased to announce that John Macaulay has been appointed Group Finance Director. John, who was Group Financial Officer, will join the Board with immediate effect. Ray Harris, who has been Acting Finance Director since July 2007, will continue as an Executive Director on the Board.

Most recently John was Group Finance Director of AIM listed Creative Education Plc, before joining Marchpole in July 2007. Prior to his role at Creative Education, John was Group Finance Director for International Clothing Design Ltd, a privately owned clothing group involved in the design, sourcing and manufacture of clothes with operations throughout Europe and the Far East.

Michael Morris, Executive Deputy Chairman of Marchpole commented: “I am delighted that John Macaulay has agreed to become Group Finance Director.
