Gilty Couture to expand jewelry collections

In December 2007, Gilty Couture launched with the intent to give consumers a fresh and unique alternative for their fashion accessories. Thanks to the passion of the founders, quality workmanship, and concierge level service, consumer and retailer response to the initial collection of accoutrements for the iPhone and iPod has been overwhelming.

After only a short time in the market, the buzz is building around Gilty Couture, with the brand having appeared in many high-profile publications and websites around the world. Such publications include In Touch, Sweet, Jille, Can Can, The Source, MacPeople, MacFan, Cnet, CNBC, iVillage and the NY Times to name a few.

The collection popped up last month at a fashion show in Kazakhstan and last week at a celebrity event in Dallas, TX. “The brand is on fire,” says John Hubbs, CEO of Gilty Couture, “and we now have distribution for Gilty Couture in every major market after only 6 months of showing the products.”

Gilty is a lifestyle that's popular with everybody. Inspired by classic styling combined with modern flare, Gilty Couture appeals to women and men of all ages and backgrounds. “We never know what style a person will pick; Some choose an understated approach for simple elegance, but more often than not men and women both show their style by sporting the Swarovski crystal cases everywhere from the office to the red carpet,” states Hubbs.

Gilty's success is partially attributed to its network of specialty stores and department stores including Apple Japan, Harrods & Selfridges & Co. in London, MacWay in France, Design Group in Hong Kong, Gravis in Berlin and even The Venetian casino in Macau who all carry and sell out of the line.

Gilty Couture's retail success has been reinforced by the immense celebrity appeal. "Our celebrity support has been very strong. They get it,” says Hubbs. While choosing the best fashions for their wardrobes such as Gucci, Versace, Valentino and Prada, they choose Gilty Couture as the perfect accessory to compliment their style and mood.

Celebrities such as Paula Abdul, April Scott, Tyrese, Jasmine Dustin, Natalie Cole, Johnny Whitworth, Jud Tylor, Jason Reitman, Ronny Turiaf, Rex Lee, Roger Zamudio, Francesco Quinn, Daveigh Chase, Ashley Peldon and Jessica Simpson each carry pieces from the collection for their iPod or iPhone. Throughout interviews celebrities often exclaim how happy the product makes them feel.

For Summer 2008, Gilty Couture has launched its latest collection of chromium and stainless steel accoutrements for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch products. With three new styles, Gilty has rounded out their collection, creating a balanced line of accoutrements designed to compliment any wardrobe.

New introductions include: Chromium over bronze with Onxy Swarovski Crystals, Chromium over bronze and high-grade Stainless Steel cases for the iPod touch and iPhone. New lanyard attachment points allow for unlimited possibilities for customers to personalize their selection with the addition of Gilty Couture's upcoming fall collection of charms, wrist straps and neck laynards, making the latest pieces wearable fashion accessories that can themselves be accessorized.
