Swift Galey & Lucky textile to produce premium denim in Yixing

Swift Galey leading supplier of denim, home furnishing and khaki announced that it is entering into joint ventures with Lucky Textile Group, an established weaving, dyeing, finishing, and printing company located in Jiangsu Province, China. Swift Galey will partner with Lucky in its existing state-of-the-art dyeing and finishing facility in Yixing City, China. The partners will also construct a manufacturing facility to produce premium denim in Yixing.
Financial details were not disclosed and both joint ventures are subject to approval by the Chinese government. They are expected to be finalized by year-end.
