European Antitrust Authority approves the sale of APBags

The sale of 49% of APB SpA (“Antichi Pellettieri Bags” or “APBags”) to 3i closed, subsequent to approval received from the European Antitrust Authority.
APBags is the newly formed sub-holding of ANTICHI PELLETTIERI S.p.A, (handbags & accessories), a leading Leather Goods company controlled by Mariella Burani Fashion Group S.p.A.
Please note that the Standing Auditor Fabrizio Fontanesi tendered his resignation due to other professional commitments and that pursuant to Art. 2401 of the Italian Civil Code, Elvira Grazzini, currently serving as an Alternate Auditor, will be assuming the position of Standing Auditor.
