Roberto Cavalli extends Ittierre licensing deal

ITTIERRE S.p.A.in a.s. and Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. are pleased to announce that they have signed an exclusive global license for the production and distribution of the Just Cavalli womenswear and menswear collections, including ready-to-wear, bags, shoes and accessories.
The five-year license agreement (up to the Fall/Winter 2014/2015 collection included) terminates the previous license agreements between the IT Holding Group and Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. and also includes the settlement of the disputes and claims related to the former license relationship.
The license agreement contains a worldwide marketing and communications plan for the Just Cavalli collection, including fashion shows on the official calendar of the National Chamber for Italian Fashion in Milan starting with the Spring/Summer 2010 collection.
The license agreement is subject to the approval by the Authorities of the Extraordinary Administration Procedure.
The Extraordinary Commissioners, appointed to control ITTIERRE, stated: “The agreement with Cavalli confirms the strong international position and the unique know-how of the IT Holding Group. We feel enthusiastic about renewing this partnership with the internationally-known and commercially successful Just Cavalli brand, which we believe retains a high growth potential. In the current market situation, the positive energy and creativity of the designer and his House are distinctive assets which will be key in the future success of this partnership.”
Mr. Roberto Cavalli stated:”…..JUST CAVALLI……..? It was just running a temperature and was under the weather with a seasonal cold !!!! Now it is very healthy and robust…..AND IS READY TO STRIKE BACK AT THOSE WHO HOPED FOR THE WORSE!”
