LINEAPELLE ASIA leather fair will be held in Canton from November 30 to December 2, 2005.

This is the 3rd LINEAPELLE ASIA will be take place in Canton at the "GUANGZHOU NEW EXHIBITION & CONVENTION CENTER" (Pavilion J).

Over 100 Italian and European companies, together with a qualified group of Chinese exhibitors, have confirmed their attendance at this annual rendezvous with a key market.

The predominant merchandise sector (70 percent) is composed of finished leather produced in Italy, France and Spain, followed by accessories/components (15 percent) and synthetics (15%), essentially from Italy.

During the event, there will be seminars for visiting manufacturers from the area, in order to update them on the latest stylistic and technological innovations.

In collaboration with the Domus Academy and Areapelle Club, for the event a competition has been launched among the main Chinese schools of fashion and accessories, with two scholarships for participation in the master's course in ACCESSORIES DESIGN at the Milan institution. The awards ceremony will be held on 30 November in Guangzhou.
