612 League opens store in Imphal

Gurgaon-based 612 League, India's first clothing brand for pre-teen children (6-12 year-old kids) has opened its exclusive brand outlet in Manipur's Imphal East region. As part of its inaugural offer, the outlet will give away flat 20 per cent discount on all its merchandise, the company said in a press release.

612 League is a registered trademark of Indian Clothing League Pvt Ltd. The clothing range manufactured in India with an international outlook, was launched on a trial basis in the NCR region with just three to four large format stores like Shoppers Stop. Today, it runs successfully through its brand presence across all major cities across the country. The fast fashion brand's pan-Indian expansion plans are moving well in form. With the launch of this store, the brand will now be available across 341 stores in India, which includes Exclusive stores, Large Format Stores and Multi brand Outlets.

Commenting on this launch, Manu Indrayan, Co-founder and CEO, Indian Clothing League, said, “Imphal is turning into a retail destination for most domestic and international brands but when it comes to the demands and preferences of the pre-teen age group, once again there aren't many brands catering to them. We have taken up our retail venture expansively to tap the markets of the extreme east of India in order to address the need for comfortable and trendy clothing for this category of kids and cater to their expectations.”

The new outlet will feature a huge collection of high-quality cotton fabrics created by a team of in-house designers using modern forecasting techniques, to provide all day comfort to today's fashion-savvy children, the release said. (SH)
