ArtEZ Varsity offers free online circular fashion course

The ArtEZ University in the Netherlands recently launched a new comprehensive introductory online course in circular fashion. Involving 30 experts from academia and the industry, participants will learn about transitioning towards circular fashion from a collaboration among Wageningen University & Research, ArtEZ University of the Arts and other experts.
Those who take up the free course can understand the role of sustainability and circularity in fashion, appreciate the importance of design for disassembly and recycling, evaluate new bio-based materials for textiles and understand the change in production processes, and understand economic paradigms and new forms of value creation for circularity in the fashion industry, according to information posted on the website of the ArtEZ University.
This course will provide designers, retailers, scientists and all working at the industry or with an interest in fashion with holistic insights in the complex challenges of circular fashion, while engaging participants to start the transition to circularity within their personal and professional practices.
