Cementing the commitment to the US operations, Cotton On Group has set up new headquarters in Glendale, California for its Los Angeles based team. It is spread over an area of 18,000 square feet and offers 360-degree views of LA. It is situated near the Glendale Galleria shopping centre, where the Group’s Cotton On and Cotton On Kids brands are located.

The office has been designed with the Group DNA in mind and each conference room, quiet space and open plan area encourages collaboration, communication, productivity and imagination, said the company in a press release.

“We took great consideration in designing each space throughout the new office,” said Mark Pan, US country manager of Cotton On Group. “We wanted the space to reflect the values and culture of the Group and create a productive, collaborative environment which inspires our team.”

The opening of the headquarters was kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a team breakfast. Additionally, a ‘housewarming’ celebration took place with team members, partners and their families.

Highlights of the space include a large concept kitchen area called The Common, a nod to the café based at the global headquarters in Geelong, Australia; a 20-seat boardroom and US-themed meeting rooms; changing rooms and showers to encourage physical activity throughout the day (there is a gym next door); and quiet spaces designed to allow team members to sit, reflect and relax.
