Eshopbox ties up with Roposo to boost online retailers

Gurgaon-based Eshopbox, a well-known end to end fashion e-commerce enabler has announced a tie up with Roposo, India's first discovery led platform. Roposo which is also based in Gurgaon, is a fashion focused social network meant exclusively for women. It discovers latest trends and one can shop products that are liked, curated, personalised and updated from multiple e-commerce portals.

The fusion of the two innovative players is expected to create opportunity for online fashion retailers and wholesalers to increase visibility, brand awareness and sales opportunities, Eshopbox said in a press release.

Social commerce, the new idea of using multiple social media channels to engage with customers more consistently and deeply for relatively longer period of time is becoming popular. Nowadays people don't just use social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc. to connect with people; rather they are also using it to follow news, latest trends and engaging with brands they like or purchase. This kind of social intelligence to get connected with customers profoundly is expected to revolutionize the e-commerce specially fashion e-commerce market.

Considering the future perspective, Roposo has been gaining more traction from its investors to enhance its technological infrastructure and focus on understanding users, their taste and match them to the most relevant fashion content, people, and products.

Eshopbox is leveraging its expertise to increase its clients' reach, by associating with such platforms. This would offer fashion retailers and wholesalers, unparalleled opportunities for improving their strategies and results across marketplaces and digital marketing channels.

Eshopbox, which currently managing e-commerce services for multiple clients would help Roposo to increase their product options in different categories ranging from apparel, footwear, accessories and lingerie to suit individual tastes of users and enhance consumer experience, the release said.

With the growth of e-commerce, significant changes are happening in the social marketing strategies of the companies as well. Major social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc are now experimenting with the path-to-purchase and are shifting focus from branding to lead generation for businesses using social media marketing, Eshopbox pointed out in the release.
