Eurojersey bags 'Designer of the Year' award for beachwear

Italian fashion fabrics maker Eurojersey has bagged the 'Designer of the Year 2015' award for beachwear at Interfilière Paris for its patented warp-knit Sensitive Fabrics.

According to a press release, the award celebrates the Italian Company's international leadership of the textile industry in production of patented warp knit Sensitive Fabrics.

“Lightweight, breathable, versatile, with unique technical features and functionality, Sensitive Fabrics meet the most modern solid and printed trends,” it said.

“They are perfect fabrics for innovative games of body mapping and matching between different materials, using bonded and taping technology,” Eurojersey added.

They are bonding by cutting edge heat sealing technique that offers an extremely comfortable fitting, due to an absence of stitching.

“The latest application techniques, including contouring, laser cuts and flocking, expertly bring about the extraordinary performance of Sensitive Fabrics,” the company observed.

Eurojersey has introduced the Ecoprint technology with its chromatic embossed effects and 3D Printing leading to amazing high definition designs with three-dimensional effect.

Founded in 1960, Eurojersey has a single fully vertically integrated plant process from knitting to dyeing to finishing and printing with an annual fabric production capacity of 12 million metres. (AR)
