KSUBI Menswear 'Lucifer in the sky'

'Lucifer in the Sky with Diamonds' starts with a crisp base colour palette of white, blues and greys, accented with saturated block colour and prints. Cottons and linens are diffused with smooth silks and cupro blends showcasing unexpected structure and unconventional draping.

The Devil's in the detail. Lucifer's Diamond is seen throughout the collection in heavy metallic embroidery form as applied to the front of sand washed fabrication and in the lazer cut diamond detail of the stretch silk basics.

The DIY approach of ksubi kustom techniques is carried through into this season's denim and fashion reinforcing the ksubi personality through exaggerated surgical stitching, embroidery, studding, shredding and patch work and dye techniques.

The delicacy of the MING TAO print, reminiscent of shattered willow pattern china in moody blues is smudged into fresh silk crepe and cottons.

GALACTIC ACID is out-of-this-world in design, juxtaposing the subtle fragility of MING TAO with bold outlines and multicolour illustration.

ARCIA swimwear, a bark effect print on wet look nylon lycra in bikini and swimsuit. Double strapping softens the severity of the print and adds extra bust support. 100% linen yarn in a fine gauge creates trans seasonal knitwear. A punctuated colour palette works back while the asymmetric of panelling gives the illusion of movement in the relaxed shapes.

BLEACH BROS- Heavily bleached with a hint of indigo dye. Hand stitched scars and permanent black tape promotes amateur repair.

Men's denim highlights-
DUST- The colour for the season in desert sand, charcoal, blue, sand and mustard are all finished with a pre-loved feel for added personality.

NEXT BIGGY SMALLS- a directional approach is taken by ksubi to reinvent the classic 90's style 'dad' jean. AL CHINO- The chinos are tough for girls in burnt red and burnt orange showcasing the new ksubi application involving hand sanding the base fabric.

Women's denim highlights- TENCIL ME- A mid blue tencil denim with cream floral embroidery is distinctly feminine.

LONDON FOG- Soft pastel tones in lilacs, soft pink and purple double dyed and sponged to create a faint tie-dye or dusty effect.
