Young Western Australian model talent will audition to walk the runways at this year's Perth Fashion Festival (PFF) at a model casting to be held at Parmelia Hilton Hotel on Tuesday 30 August.

Known for launching the careers of some of Australia's most successful and internationally acclaimed modelling talent including Nicole Trunfio, Dempsey Stewart, Gemma Ward, Emily Cattermole, Skye Stracke, Tiah Eckhardt and Jessica Gomes, Perth Fashion Festival is a sought after addition to local model's portfolios.

The casting will be an intense experience, not only for the aspiring models, but for the selection panel, which comprises of PFF Director Mariella Harvey-Hanrahan and a selection of PFF's standalone and capsule designers including Aurelio Costarella, Ae'lkemi, S2, Zhivago, One Fell Swoop, Little Gracie and Zsadar.

Models are expected to demonstrate both inner and outer beauty. Posture, the way each model walks, catwalk presence and the 'X' factor will all be evaluated by the panel.

- Models will be preparing and walking for the panel

Perth Fashion Festival will be held from 21 – 27 September.
