Burlesque icon Dita Von Teese offers peek of lingerie line

Burlesque icon Dita Von Teese has released a self-image wearing a sample of her lingerie collection, which is due to hit 172 Target stores across Australia starting early February 2012.
Von Follies, Dita's exclusive collection for the Australian retailer, would include bras, innerwears, corsolettes and garter belts. The collection is inspired by the burlesque star's lifelong addiction to vintage lingerie.
Dita has earlier worked with some top fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Wonderbra and Vivienne Westwood. However, this will be her first solo range. She has paid tributes to her vintage obsession through the new collection by making the old design pieces functional for everyday wear.
There are ten collections in many colours including red, black, shades of satin and animal print, which will make a woman feel glamorous.
Starting with Australia, Von Teese's collection would subsequently be distributed worldwide.
