VILASA by Rocky S in support of wedding industry

Internationally acclaimed designer Rocky S announced the launch of his signature wedding company VILASA on 18th February, 2012 at Wills Fashion Week held at Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
Rocky S is the only Indian designer who is constantly evolving with fashion and keeps on adding to his ever growing repertoire of business endeavors with a product line in every stream of fashion designing.
He has carved a name for himself in both the fashion industry and Bollywood through his impeccable sense of fashion and style. His long list of clientele includes biggies of Bollywood like John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan, Bipasha Basu,Shilpa Shetty, Katrina Kaif. Besides the above, he has several other major films to his credit; Omkara(Bipasha Basu), Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam (Hrithik Roshan) and some more major films with John, Shilpa Shetty etc.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch of VILASA, Rocky said:”With the wedding industry growing at an average rate of 25 per cent per annum, the lavishness doled out by Indians on weddings is just getting larger. I believe it is the right time for me to extend my creativity to this industry .Right from deciding the theme of a wedding, flower arrangement, location scouting to the bride's Trousseau everything will have my personal involvement”.
“ A wedding day is the most memorable occasion in every person's life and making it even more special with my signature touch very exciting”, he added.
Mr. Akash Garg, who has years of experience in the hospitality industry is the business partner for this venture. He added” Rocky S is very talented, so it felt right to start a company that will be a culmination of my experience in hospitality with Rocky's impeccable style. I am very happy about VILASA and look forward to making every wedding unforgettable.”
With every passing season and numerous fashion weeks Rocky raises the bar with eye ball grabbing collection in every show. His years of fashion expertise continue to reach exceptional heights with a fresh collection which makes his style a class apart! This season too Rocky S launched a gorgeous bridal wear collection at Wills Fashion Week.
Gracing the launch of VILASA were Bipasha Basu and Madhavan who were the showstoppers for Rocky's show.
