The Gallery Düsseldorf to be held from July 28-30

After the final edition of CPD Signatures a definite decision has now been taken after dates for THE GALLERY DÜSSELDORF 2012 will be revised and postponed by one week to July 28-30, 2012.
This puts an end to the tiresome discussions about suitable dates.
THE GALLERY DÜSSELDORF approach comprises design-oriented collections, designer, avant-garde and accessories collections as well as contemporary fashion collections. This is a clear change in content compared to the former trade fair format of CPD SIGNATURES.
Many discussions were held with important opinion leaders to achieve jointly agreed dates for the benefit of Düsseldorf as a fashion location. After all, this is the only way to allow both national and international trade buyers to optimally capitalise on the complete ranges on location.
Philipp Kronen, Managing Partner of the Igedo Company, stresses: “We are happy to be able to announce one joint date for Düsseldorf the fashion destination. However, for 2012 I assume the dates will be coordinated between all responsible parties in the run-up to the event. The discussions over the past few weeks were certainly not very helpful for Düsseldorf.”
