The much-awaited Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani's show at the Milan Fashion Week kicked off with grey trouser suits, worn along with shiny flat shoes and fedora-style hats.
However, it was bermuda shorts that drew maximum attention of the audience. There were black bermudas matched with pink and orange shirts and blouses, worn under a black velvet jacket.
The collection included loose-fitting fur coats, loose knee-length satin skirts, a peach dress with black swinging beads and black woolen roll-neck jumpers.
There was also a strange dress with a transparent black skirt that revealed a pair of pink bermuda shorts underneath. On top of it was worn, an over-sized velvet coat that looked as if it is swallowing the wearer.
The display had a blend of masculine clothes and feminine prints in various shades. The collection also had a sequel of 1920s inspired evening dresses.
