Kids are no longer kids. They grow up quickly and even have their own sense of fashion. This has been aptly proved by Duda Bundchen, niece of Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who is also goodwill ambassador for the UN Environment Programme (UNEP).
Last year, Duda began modeling for Brazilian kidswear line Brandili Mundi. But, soon it became apparently clear to the company that the five-year-old girl was more than a mini-model.
The firm not only extended the contract until 2013, but also gave the little Bundchen an opportunity to design her first solo collection.
Every apparel piece in the new line called 'Duda Bundchen for Brandili Mundi' is approved by the young fashion designer.
The Duda Bundchen kidswear collection, which is produced using eco-friendly materials, is scheduled to be available in stores by July 2012.
