David Tutera to design bridal shoe collection

Wedding and event planning extraordinaire David Tutera has signed a licensing agreement with Antebi Footwear Group to launch a signature footwear line under his own name. The David Tutera Footwear collection, inspired by Tutera's ability to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary, is expected to hit stores in January 2013 and will be premiered at MAGIC in August. Beanstalk, brand licensing agency of record for David Tutera, is responsible for bringing the two parties together.
"My goal is to create a stylish, elegant and affordable collection of bridal shoes that gives every bride the opportunity to feel like the belle of the ball, with the perfect pair shoes for her special day," explains Tutera. "Antebi Footwear Group is the ideal partner to bring my vision to life, which will complement my existing wedding gown and bridal jewelry collections and enable me the opportunity to dress brides from head-to-toe—which is, for me, the ultimate dream."

David Tutera Footwear, designed to be sophisticated and modern with a nod to tradition, will be produced with high quality components and finishes, along with unique details that will be revealed at launch time. The line will feature a range of styles suited for special wedding occasions. The shoe collection will range from $95 to $195 and is expected to retail in select department stores and bridal salons throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Awarded by Life & Style magazine as the "Best Celebrity Wedding Planner," David Tutera is a leading wedding and entertaining expert and TV personality.
Founded by Chairman Joseph Antebi in 2007, Antebi Footwear Group, LLC holds the license to manufacture and distribute footwear for Paris Hilton and David Tutera.
