Australia’s leading department store Myer is a valued supporter of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Brisbane, hosted by Treasury Casino & Hotel, and this year will return to Queensland’s catwalks with its own sensational runway show.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane will start from August 25.

The Myer Spring Summer 13 Fashion Show will be a stand-alone spectacular on Tuesday 28 August, featuring fashion from its stable of stellar Australian designers including sass & bide, Jayson Brunsdon, Wayne Cooper, Toni Maticevski, Arthur Galan AG and more. Myer houses some of the biggest names in Australian fashion, and its coveted collections will create a stunning show.

Myer Group General Manager of Marketing and Brand Development, Megan Foster says the decision to renew the partnership with the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane was a natural evolution.

“We have been involved with the Fashion Festival for many years, and have seen improved results year after year. Last year’s Myer Fashion Luncheon proved to be a huge success and we are thrilled to be growing this event and producing a ticketed evening runway show for 600 guests,” Ms Foster said.

The Myer Spring Summer 13 Fashion Show will be held on Tuesday 28 August at 6.30pm. Tickets are just $46 each. Remember, the early bird special of 10% off individual tickets is still available until 30 June.

The rumour mill is also churning about whom of Myer’s celebrity ambassadors will be in attendance to support the show. You can’t expect us to spill all the beans at once, so stay tuned for when we announce this exciting news.
