The grand finale of the Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013 was graced by the creations of the three most influential and iconic fashion labels of all times – Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and Ellie Saab.

The French fashion house Louis Vuitton, under the artistic guidance of its creative director Marc Jacobs, presented a 1960’s inspired collection comprising of 64 extraordinary ensembles.

The heavy on Damier pattern apparel line was a mix of Mary Quant-style checks and the famous Parisian 8.7cm thick stripes. The retro collection includes chic jumpsuits, pencil skirts, coats, boxy jackets, and long, mid-length and short dresses in colours like black, white, brown, grey, yellow and leaf green.

Miu Miu, the high-end women's fashion brand from the famous Italian fashion house Prada, featured a demure, wintery collection that includes faux fur coats, stoles, loose skirt suits, cropped camisoles, ladylike jackets and reversed boxy tops.

Lebanese designer Ellie Saab’s creations highlighted adventurous graphic details and floral prints. The collection featured peplums, sequinned dresses, as well as knee and full length gowns in cobalt, cerulean blue and vermilion shades.
