Bahamas, the beautiful country in the Atlantic Ocean, has been once again put on top of the world’s map, thanks to its extremely talented fashion designers—Theodore Elyett and David Rolle.

The two young designers have gained a huge amount of popularity in the ongoing third season of Caribbean reality television series Mission Catwalk, an eleven-week-long fashion design competition featuring 15 designers from around the Caribbean islands.

The Bahamian designer Elyett, who won the first challenge of the programme, had the coveted opportunity to have his winning design sold at Jamaica’s major retail store Lee’s 5th Avenue.

Designer Rolle also won accolades for his colourful avant-garde creations embodying the lively Caribbean spirit.

Aimed at discovering and developing talented Caribbean fashion designers, Mission Catwalk is aired every week on local TV networks in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Grenada, Haiti, Antigua, St Lucia, St Vincent, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda and other Caribbean islands via CaribVision.
