Following the online luxury retailer Moda Operandi’s sale of celebrity-worn designs from Met Gala 2013, British high-street retailer Topshop is also unveiling an exclusive collection worn by five Hollywood A-listers at the same New York event.

Model Jourdan Dunn, designer Nicole Richie and actresses like Ashley Madekwe, Julianne Hough and Jaime King were spotted wearing custom-made Topshop designs at the fashion world’s best red carpet event, held recently at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

To be launched under the brand’s Limited Edition line, the ensembles have been created at the retailer’s London design studio and will be available for sale at its Oxford Circus flagship store in London as well as New York and Los Angeles outlets and online.

The limited edition range will include Dunn’s beaded mini dress, Richie’s diamante-encrusted long-sleeved column gown, Madekwe’s sequined maxi, Hough’s spider-web patterned strapless tulle ensemble and King’s black tuxedo and Chantilly lace blouse.

Met Gala 2013 or Costume Institute Ball is hosted annually by the internationally renowned fashion magazine Vogue.

Founded in 1964, the British multinational retailer Topshop operates nearly 440 shops in more than 33 countries.
