Spain Fashion Exhibition is a unique promotional event featuring Spanish companies from different fashion sectors. It aims to make professional buyers and journalists in South Korea better acquainted with Spanish fashion.
Twenty-seven top brands will be revealing their expertise at this exclusive exhibition. Five are from the textiles manufacturing sector, namely Skunkfunk, Ian Mosh, Punto Blanco, Naulover and Viriato, with leatherwear represented by Gilles Ricart and Saga Ibáñez. Footwear features Munich, Casteller, Vidorreta, Flavio Menorca, Rebeca Sanver, Paco Herrero, Panama Jack, Pons Quintana, Art/Neosens and XTI.
Uno de 50 and Luxenter will be representing the Spanish jewellery sector and Miguel Bellido leather accessories.
Exhibiting for the kidswear and children’s products segment are Barcarola, Cóndor, Babyhome, Losán, Bebé Due, Micuna and Play.
The exhibition will be held at Dubhe Hall in Hotel Imperial Palace Seoul from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
South Korea is the third biggest Asian market for Spanish fashion. Taken as a whole, Spanish exports reached almost €86mill. in 2012. Textiles manufacture accounts for nearly 81% of this figure, with year-on-year growth of 116%. Next in line in footwear, with 13%, up 60%.
