Known for their simplistic yet unconventional approach to fashion, the designers worked with cotton, denim and silks to create breathtaking edgy silhouettes comprising dresses, coats and trousers.
Shades of indigo, aqua, tan and white kept the appeal of the range fresh, youthful and elegant, as they took to sleek and slender forms.
Accentuated by fabric patchwork, sequins, pearls, metal wires, which were carefully placed upon the body canvas, the creations also flaunted pops of bright colours such as ochre, red, off-white and black for a dramatic effect, reminiscent of a moonless sky filled with stars.
The show starter was none other than Lauren Gottlieb, star of the Bollywood musical “ABCD” and “Jhalak Dikhla Jah” who wore a beautiful flowing black bedazzled dress in contrast to the show stopper, Sana Khan of “Bigg Boss” fame who graced the runway in a structured yet feminine multi-layered embroidered dress.
With a fresh take on traditional elements, ‘Starry Night’ by Poonam Sanghani and Rohit Dubey was a fun and fantasy infused collection, which when worn will surely charm one and all.
