Vicunha presents A/W 2014-15 denim trends

The Coolhunting team of denim producer VICUNHA is researching every season, the newest trends and fashion topics. It now presents themes of the Autumn/Winter 2013/14 season.

Highlights this winter are metallic accents and strong colours on voluminous silhouettes inspired by wandering folks. Vintage leather and fabrics with ethnic pattern are reminding the style of the Tuareg and Berber.

Highly demanded are oversized shapes, ponchos, long coats and different kind of trousers like carrot, sarouel or high-waisted. Bold pattern, animal prints and jacquard effects are picking up the topic and are teamed up with rustic leather, denim and cord in an used look. Textures with metallic accents are showing the looks in an elegant way.

VICUNHA is accentuating the ‘Wanderlust’ look with the darker and artificially aged shades of the Essential line, made out of 100% denim cotton, a fibre produced in a special procedure. The new premium fibres Oliver and Norton are examples for the versatility of the washing procedures.

Another tip is Max Drake, a fibre with similar features in the superblack shade. The exclusive Printed Suede fibre from VICUNHA with its arabesque prints on SuperPowerStretch Indigo as well as different shades as brick red, are picking up the topic.
