The next CPM Collection Première Moscow will feature some layout and floor space allocation changes. Igedo Company, the organiser, has come up with a number of improvements for the event taking place at the Krasnaya Presnya exhibition centre in the heart of Moscow from 25 to 28 February 2014.

Among other things, the catwalk area will for the first time be moved into Hall 7.2 near the West entrance. This hall will also allow direct access to the Forum, one of the centre’s main halls, and puts a bit more of a spotlight on the fashion show venue. The German pavilion called “Made in Germany” will also be located at the Forum. Occupying roughly 6,700 square metres, it will be one of the largest country exhibitions alongside those of Italy and France.

CPM Collection Première Moscow, the largest fashion trade fair in Eastern Europe, has been held in Moscow twice a year for ten years now. More than 19,000 visitors from some 44 nations will visit the trade fair’s 61,230 square metres of exhibition space at the Expocentre Fairgrounds, making this Igedo Company’s largest order event and international presence, as well. The majority of trade visitors are shop owners, corporate executives, buyers and store managers.

1,600 collections will be presented at CPM as part of a portfolio that includes womenswear, menswear, children’s wear, young fashion, knitwear, leisurewear, leatherwear, furs, eveningwear, lingerie, beachwear and accessories. Existing segments at the trade fair are PREMIUM, BODY&BEACH, KIDS AND FASHION&DENIM.

An additional segment – CPM STYLES – will be introduced at the forthcoming trade fair. This area will feature cool and clean leisure and business attire, elegant eveningwear made from exquisite materials with flattering silhouettes, graphic contrasts as well as stylish accessories. Collections with clear cuts and a minimalist look will be on show here. This new segment will be located in Hall 8.3, which offers ample space for international labels. In the past, the area was used as a fashion show venue.

Project Director Christian Kasch says, “Our booking situation is excellent. The majority of spaces have already been assigned and confirmed. With an eye to the new segment, we’ve once again increased the size of our team. We care about trade visitors experiencing fresh content each and every time. We bring together international exhibitors here, and they’re the ones generating momentum for the trade fair.”

Another feature of the event is the comprehensive supporting programme, which will also be offered during the entire duration of the trade fair. Some 45 fashion shows will showcase the professional fashion competency of the company and introduce the fashion trends of the forthcoming season. Plus, numerous additional events will take place – the Opening Ceremony, the CPM Fashion Night, the Russian Fashion Retail Forum as well as highly informative seminars revolving around the lingerie theme.

All the media attention for the event – with coverage by some 400 national and international journalists as well as countless TV crews – makes CPM Collection Première Moscow the engine for manufacturing and retail in Eastern Europe.

The next CPM Collection Première Moscow will be held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow from Tuesday, 25 February to Friday, 28 February 2014.
