Fashion retailer Baltika Oct revenue up 6%

Baltika’s consolidated retail sales revenue for October totalled 5,080 thousand euros, which is increase of 3% compared to the same period in previous year. Wholesale and e-com sales increased by 93% compared to October in previous year. Wholesale growth was facilitated by new customers in Finland and Russia and opening of two Monton stores in Minsk in the beginning of October by Baltika’s franchise partner Valanga OOO.

Retail sales increased in Baltic states by 8%, thereof in Estonia +13% and Latvia +12%, in Lithuania -3%. In East-Europe region (Ukraine and Russia) retail sales decreased 9% compared to same period previous year.

At the end of October Baltika Group had 121 stores with a total sales area of 23,464 square metres, month average sales area increased by 9% compared to the same period last year.

Consolidated sales revenue for the 10 months totalled 47,141 thousand euros (+4% yoy), including retail revenues of 43,918 thousand euros (+4% yoy, thereof Baltics +9%) and wholesale and e-com revenues of 3,120 thousand euros (+18% yoy).
