ShopImagine to mentor FAD fashion institute students

FAD International, a premier Fashion institute in Pune recently tied up with the E-commerce brand ShopImagine.in. The partnership aims at providing the students an exposure to Online Fashion Retail segment and an on-the-job learning experience, thereby making them competitive and employable.

The programme kick started with an interactive workshop conducted by the marketing professionals from ShopImagine.in, throwing light on the current trends and practices in e-tailing. Further activities got the students involved in styling assignments, fashion blogging and exciting ground activities.

Each of the winning team members was offered a three week internship at ShopImagine.in along with gift vouchers and exposure on its social media outlets and official blog.

Speaking on this occasion, Ms. Hina Saiya, CEO of ShopImagine.in said, “Such Campus Connect programmes let us identify young talent and promising Stylists. With such programmes, we intend to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with various Institutes across India”.

Adding to this Ms. Alifiya, PR Head & Faculty at FAD said, “Campus Connect programmes and live projects give opportunities to students to connect with professionals from the Fashion industry along with giving a realistic approach to the academic projects”.

When asked to share their experience, a thrilled student reacted, “This whole activity has been very interesting and enriching for us. Personally, I’ve started to be more aware of the Styling concept and also learnt what it takes to write a Fashion Blog”.
