Junelia's vivacious fashion creates waves on LFW ramp

Junelia Aguiar Chandler showcased an alluring and vivacious collection titled ‘Constructed’ for her debut at Jabong Stage during Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2014.

For this versatile collection which aimed at being perfect for any occasion – from Red Carpet to high tea, trendy office wear to swanky nightclub; the designer used signature, classic shades such as dusky grey, smoky white, bold black, plum, and also incorporated softer tones such as salmon pink, mint blue, metallic gold and red.

The silhouettes stuck to the clean cut appeal of the collection and comprised dresses, trousers, coats, tops, skirts, gowns and jumpsuits.

Keeping in mind the opulent tone of the collection, fabrics such as lace, crepe, kupro, satin, silk taffeta, Dupion silk, silk organza, textured Lycra, tulle and quilted silk were gorgeously embellished with 3D organza beads, Swarovski crystals, pearls and glass bead embroidery.

The showstopper was none other than model/actress Diana Penty, who stepped onto the ramp in a fairytale inspired black and white off-shoulder gown with crystal work at the waist.

Decadent and delicious ‘Constructed’ by Junelia Aguiar Chandler will leave fashion taste buds asking for more.
