Bali inspires Australia-based Zimmerman's Resort line

The sandy beaches of Bali inspired the Australia-based fashion brand Zimmerman’s latest Resort collection titled The Light Riot.
Infused with an abundance of Indonesian signature print batik and floral-over-geometric patterns, the lightweight airy range is crafted from breezy cotton, organza, voile and silk materials.
Incorporated with lattice-like inserts, peek-a-boo accents and mesh underpinnings, the pieces include a white bell-shaped cutout dress, a tailored navy suit in drill fabric and an eyelet-embroidered skirt.
The range also features strappy party tops, and crinkled textured bohemian dresses, short full skirts, billowy blouses and matching bottom combos and sexy swimwear.
Founded in 1994, Zimmerman is owned and operated by designer sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmerman. The label owns some 15 outlets across Australia and are stocked internationally in department stores such as Harvey Nichols in the UK and Barneys and Neiman Marcus in the US. The company also owns a permanent outlet in Los Angeles.
