Global Fashion Technologies signs JV with Pure System

Chris H Giordano Global's Co-Chairman commented, "The partnership with Pure System International is an example of how Global's management is striving to make its mark by being extremely innovative in marrying leading edge technology with apparel to create a fabric and products with resounding qualities and true points of distinction.
"It is our anticipation that both the technology and the products that spawn from this joint venture will set Global apart from other companies and create shareholder value beyond what we could have ever expected from just the sale of apparel. The next step has been taken and we have begun site visitations for perspective production facilities."
The parties anticipate rapid completion of the joint venture process and expect to be fully operational within the first quarter of 2015.
