The store was inaugurated in Pune at the hands of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor in Sept 2008. On this 21st, the store inaugurated its first franchised outlet on Jetalpur road in Vadodara, at the hands of Padmashri awardee and celebrated fashion designer, Wendell Rodricks and Vadodara’s very own Maharani Radhika Raje Gaekwad.

Rudraksh has retailed in the past lesser known and well known Indian designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Wendell Rodricks, Krishna Mehta, Rahul Mishra, Ranna Gill, Ekru, and many more. Rasika Wakalkar, founder & owner of Rudraksh says, “the vision of the store is to bridge the gap that exists in availability of curated, exclusive designer wear and accessories in an upcoming market like Vadodara.
