Fashion & apparel house Satomi opens new showroom in Delhi

Satomi, the brand of the most exquisitely-designed sarees, suits, lehengas and Indian accessories, launches its second outlet in the capital’s bustling South Extension Market-II. The state-of-the-art store has been officially inaugurated on 7th August, 2014 by style diva, actress, model and designer, Mandira Bedi. Her own eponymous line of sarees will be exclusively available in the capital through SATOMI outlet present in South Ex and Rajouri Garden.
Spread over a sprawling premise of 2,220 sq feet, the showroom is a one-stop shop for the style conscious woman of today who only wants to see herself in exclusive and exquisite sartorial pieces. The outlet will provide access to the signature Satomi digitally-printed sarees and the limited edition apparel.
The store will display the entire Satomi range of digitally-printed sarees, readymade suits and bridal lehengas. The launch collection called ‘Fleur Amour’, French for ‘Flower Love’ will also be available in this centrally-located showroom.
Mandira Bedi who is a self-confessed aficionado of elegant Saris graciously attended the inauguration of the store which will be the capital’s only access point till now to her brand as well. She shared her elation at the opening of the store saying: “I have always thought of sarees as the ultimate ‘six yards of sensuality’. Satomi’s designs do full justice to the elegance, sophistication and minimalistic oomph that this glorious piece of Indian traditional wear is associated with. The new showroom is beautiful in aesthetics and awe-inspiring in terms of the collection.”
Speaking on her association with Satomi, she added, “I am extremely pleased to partner with the brand for the physical retail of my own line of sarees in the capital. I look forward to many more similar Satomi outlets across the country in the near future.”
Karsan Bedi, Founder and CEO, Satomi, said, “We are most delighted to open our doors in the hotspot of Indian traditional wear shopping, South Extension Market. With this store, we aim to fulfill the style aspirations of our fashionable patrons. The sarees that they will have access to here will be hard to find anywhere else in the world. Based out of Noida in the Delhi-NCR area, Satomi already has a retail presence with its first showroom in Rajouri Garden. The company houses the most premium infrastructure and digital machinery to facilitate the manufacture of a fashionable and comprehensive collection of products.
