Lady Antebellum creates bed and bath line for Divatex

American country music group Lady Antebellum has joined forces with the New York-based home textile specialist Divatex, Inc. to create a unique new collection of bed and bath linens inspired from the former’s lifestyle, songs and stories.
Combined with the typical comfort and simplicity synonymous with America’s heartland, the range will offer a fresh twist to traditional designs found across the country with an aesthetically balanced mix of plaids, floral prints and solid colours and patterns.
The line Titled as Lady Antebellum's Heartland Home Collection will debut during New York’s Fall Home Fashion Week in September, 2014.
Speaking on the collection, the President and CEO of Divatex, David Greenstein states, “We are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with Lady Antebellum on their new Heartland Home collection that captures the essence of their lifestyle.”
“Lady Antebellum's Heartland Home Collection will offer honest products that fill each day with the enduring spirit of America," he adds.
Lady Antebellum’s lead vocalist Hillary Scott also reveals in a statement, “When we started working on this line, we really wanted to take a fresh new approach on classic American design.”
“We've had the chance to tour all over the country and see some really amazing things that inspired these designs. This collection pays homage to all that is great about American style ... we are looking forward to sharing it with our fans!” she adds.
A division of the India-based textile specialist Himatsingka Group, IndiaDivatex, Inc. designs, manufactures, sources and distributes home textiles throughout North and South America.
The company specializes in bed sheets, bedding accessories, towels and other bath accessories. Their portfolio includes licensed brands like The Novogratz, Lady Antebellum's Heartland, Waverly and Esprit.
Formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2006, the seven-time GRAMMY award-winning group Lady Antebellum band members include Charles Kelley (lead and background vocals, guitar) and Dave Haywood (background vocals, guitar, piano and mandolin) besides Scott. (PB)
