Dubai's Aakarshan offers line inspired from India's Punjab

The Dubai-based fashion brand Aakarshan has unveiled an Indo-Western collection ‘Pind-di-kudi’ inspired from the Indian north-western state of Punjab.
Designed by the Indian-born founder of the label, Aanchal Jaggi, the range is decorated with cute and funky sardar and turban embroidered motifs.
Ideal to be worn for a night out, a casual boardroom meeting, a day-out with friends, the line showcases an array of exquisite crop tops, midriff-baring skirts and mirror work embellished high-waisted skirts.
Based on pastel shades of yellow, pink and green as well as the classic black colour, all pieces from the collection can also be paired with a saree.
While talking about the range, the 24 year-old entrepreneur, Aanchal, says, “All my collections are focused to set the trends for young people everywhere. For all our buyers ?to trust my creative vision which further gives me freedom to design and paint the canvass of my collection with definite colors. I always keep my focus on proper and prim cuts, our crop-tops collection is all set for the trendy youth who loves to flaunt their style with an amalgamation of vigour and vitality.”
Meant for contemporary woman (between 16 and 35 years of age) who love mixing Indian styles with westernwear, Aakarshan offers ready-to-wear clothing and custom tailoring and designing services. The brand is available for sale at the online Indian designerwear shopping destination Exclusively.in.
