Stella McCartney launches young fashion line StellaSport

The English fashion designer Stella McCartney has come up with a brand new fitness range for the German-based international sportswear brand Adidas.
Aimed towards a younger and edgy fashion loving generation, the athletic collection named StellaSport includes an array of vibrant apparels that can be worn both on the streets as well as at the gyms.
Based on a bold colour palette, the line features tank tops, sports bras, tights adorned with vividly hued patterns, onesies, knee-high socks and trucker hats.
The affordably priced functional yet stylish clothing and accessories line is available on Adidas’ website and at Topshop and Nordstrom stores.
The 43-year-old designer’s Adidas by Stella McCartney line will mark its 10th anniversary in summers this year. The Central St Martins’ grad is known for her exceptional tailoring styles and feminine designs. Apart from essaying the role of a multiple-award winning designer, the daughter of former Beatles member Sir Paul McCartney and American photographer and animal rights activist Linda McCartney is also an active environmentalist.
Founded in 1924, Adidas designs and manufactures sports clothing and accessories. The company has been supplying apparels for the some of the world’s best athletes, including the past legends to today’s superstars, such as Dwight Howard, Derrick Rose, Damian Lillard and John Wall. (PB)
