The just wrapped up 87th instalment of international menswear showcase Pitti Immagine Uomo highlighted an array of Fall/Winter 2015/2016 male fashion and accessory designs from more than 1115 global brands.

The New York City’s art world, jazz scenario of 1950s and Richard Avedon’s photography played as source of inspiration for American fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger’s new line based on oversized fits and tailored silhouettes.

Italian fashion designer Titta Paoloni showcased a very informal yet practical outdoor heavy collection, including short slim-fitting suits, which can easily transform into sleek urbanwear pieces. Another home-grown menswear designer Manuel Ritz showed a variety of tight and cropped pants as well as a selection of slim and oversized jackets.

Clothing company Brunello Cucinelli targeted towards a young clientele with its new collection. Replete with hints of sportswear and casualwear elements, the line presented finely knitted jackets and coats.

In addition to the next season clothing exhibits, made from a mix of exquisite luxurious materials like wool, leather, nylon, cashmere and soft fur, the five-day-long Florentine event also featured creations from several accessory and footwear labels.

Shoe brand D’Acquasparta’s new line Capsule featured carbon, kevlar and suede made footwear for men alongside rubber, bouclé wool and multicoloured leather crafted shoes, enhanced with broken lines and geometric patterns, for women.

Neapolitan label Harmont and Blane presented a range of bicoloured derby shoes and minimalistic boots. Pantofola d'Oro showed textured calfskin, suede, nappa leather and buckskin made designs at the soiree, which was attended by a host of buyers, journalists, bloggers, influencers and fashion editors from across the world.
