Woolmark Company's Merino wool inspires LFW designers

Three of the London Fashion Week designers, Sibling, Holly Fulton and Christopher Raeburn, have recently showcased their exclusive Merino wool made Autumn/Winter 2015 collections, all created in collaboration with The Woolmark Company.
The labels displayed luxurious womenswear pieces, highlighting the versatility of the premium natural fibre produced in Australia, at the just wrapped up edition of the UK event.
Commenting on the association, the Aussie firm’s marketing officer Rob Langtry said in a press release, “Education is a key component of our marketing strategy and by working closely with designers The Woolmark Company helps inspire their collections by discovering and sourcing innovative fabric and yarns from the global wool supplier network.”
Further talking about the designer showcases, he said: “Each of these three labels has worked with wool in different ways, demonstrating the fibre’s versatility and relevance for today’s fashion consumer.” (PB)
