The collection, reflecting the Silk Road trade route between China and Europe, offered flowing lustrous gowns with intricate work and exotic embellishments like peacock feathers and camel bells.
Christened 'Silk Road, Arts and Life' the show included over 50 designs by over 18 students.
Mongolian hats inspired the fur-trimmed women's head-wear, while that for men was gathered from Islamic culture, which covered half their face.
Arabian influence was also seen in streaks of unique blues and reds in the costumes.
