On the second day of the show Seminars and Jewellery Fashion Shows were organized. On this day, Parliamentarian Shri Ram Das Agrawal visited the show for two hours and appreciated the show and express his feeling to strengthen the stragies of marketing.
In the afternoon Seminars on the subjects of “Challenges to Colour Gem Stone Industry” and “Treatment of Colour Stone” were organized which were presented by internationally acclaimed Gems businessman Shri Navratan Kothari and Shri Rajneesh Bhandari.
Shri Kothari drew attention regarding various problems being faced due to continuous scarcity of availability of rough, deficiency in having fixed prices and lack of system in colour grading in the gem stone industry.
Shri Rajneesh Bhandari informed regarding different kind of treatments like Heat Treatment, Radiation Treatment and Fracture Filling and informed that if the heat treatment of Ruby and Sapphire is started in Jaipur, there will be lot of increase in the business of other gems also.
